5 Stars- A Must Have
One day in the pumpkin patch the strangest little pumpkin hatched...
Spookley the pumpkin was different. All the other pumpkins teased him, until Spookley proved that being different can save the day!
This is such a fantastic read for Halloween! It's great for kids of all ages and has quickly become a favorite read for my children. We first read it as a book my son brought home from the library and I soon purchased it on line. The copy I bought came with a great read along CD which also has music on it, that again, my kids absolutely love.
Filled with wonderful illustrations and rhythming, not only is The Legend of Spookley the Square Pumpkin a wonderful addition to your Halloween/Fall book collection, but it teaches a very powerful message to young minds that it's okay to be different and we can't judge a book, person or pumpkin by their cover.
I highly recommend picking up this delightful read today!
