Sometimes, Mila dreams she's a butterfly . . . .

Sometimes, she's a bookworm . . .

Or a surfer girl, or even an astronaut.

When Mila dreams, she can be anything.

From the brilliant mind of new mother Adele Enersen comes this imaginative journey through the irresistible dreamscapes of a newborn. A love letter to babies everywhere. -quoted from Goodreads

I was first introduced to Adele's breathtaking photography via her blog when I had an infant and I was so impressed with work and her captivating creativity with each picture that she captured of her daughter. I love that now some of these are featured in Adele's debut picture book, When My Baby Dreams. From woodland forests, to frolicking in a field, to an under sea adventure and soaring the sky above, Adele captures beautiful images that take the reader on a dream like story along side her daughter Mila. I wish I had a fraction of the talent Adele does and had done something like this with my dreaming babies. This is a great book I highly recommend picking up for young children and new mothers alike.

I highly recommend visiting Adele's blog to see all of her photos.
I would be most content if my children grew up to be the kind of people who think decorating consists mostly of building enough bookshelves. ~ Anna Quindlen

Good children's literature appeals not only to
the child in the adult, but to the adult in the child.
