Marvelous Middle Grade Monday: The TLA Edition

Happy Marvelous Middle Grade Monday! I had meant to post this back on Wednesday as part of my Waiting To Be Read Wednesday feature, but life happened this last week, and like a few other posts, this one sat in draft mode. I felt like today was the perfect day to feature some 30+ books I feel like readers need to have on their radars. These are books, and arcs I received two weeks ago from TLA (Texas Library Association).

I AM SO EXCITED about these upcoming releases! I can't even imagine what it would have been like to have a fraction of the amount of middle grade and children's picture books now days, back when I was a kid. Check out all the exciting upcoming releases. I broke down the books by publisher to make it easier. Each of the links goes back to Goodreads, which will make it easier for you to add it to your TBR list. Trust me, many of these books are ones you'll want to read. I'm looking forward to featuring each of these books below, on Mundie Kids in the coming days, weeks and months.

Disney Hyperion
Chronicle Books
Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Books
  • Night of Fire by Ronald Kidd

Along with this adorable tote bag, which I gave to my daughter, I also received the following books / ARCS from publishers on the last day of TLA:

I'm looking forward to sharing my reviews and featuring spotlights on all of these titles in the coming days, weeks and months. Happy Reading!

I would be most content if my children grew up to be the kind of people who think decorating consists mostly of building enough bookshelves. ~ Anna Quindlen

the child in the adult, but to the adult in the child.
